Digital consultancy and transformation

A digital plan tailored to your business.

We analyse your company’s processes and tools, identify two or three priority improvements and define a plan with owners, investment and indicators to evaluate results.

When it makes sense to move forward

Repeated tasks and scattered information

Your team duplicates entries, searches for documents in several places or relies on manual steps to complete work.

Tools that do not work together

Your company already has digital solutions, but data does not flow between systems and some features are underused.

Investment without clear priorities

There are several possible changes, but you need to decide what to do first and how to evaluate the investment.

Areas of analysis

What we can analyse and plan

Digital assessment

Understand your business, objectives, existing tools and your team’s difficulties to define the starting point.

Processes and organisation

Analyse tasks, information handovers and responsibilities. Identify steps that can be simplified or reorganised.

Systems and integrations

Assess how applications, your website, store and other platforms can share data and support operations.

Automation and artificial intelligence

Identify tasks that could benefit from automation or AI support, with assessment of data, risks and the human review required.

Information and indicators

Define the data and indicators that allow you to monitor work and compare the starting point with the results of changes.

Implementation plan

Organise activities by priority, with deliverables, owners, dependencies and an estimate of the investment required.

The assessment and plan are tailored to your company’s size and the agreed scope. Implementation, licences and ongoing support are identified separately in the proposal.

Efficiency in digital choices We assess how existing tools are used and whether new solutions are needed. The proposal considers implementation and maintenance resources without assuming financial or environmental savings before measuring them.

Methodology

From analysis to an action plan

  1. Understand the business

We gather objectives, processes and your team’s difficulties and identify the information needed for analysis.

  2. Identify improvements

We select two or three priority opportunities and record expected benefits, conditions and limitations.

  3. Define the plan

We organise actions by impact, effort, risk and dependencies, with owners, indicators and planned investment.

  4. Validate the approach

We review the plan with your team. Where required and contracted, we test a solution in a pilot before extending its use.

  5. Support decisions

At agreed points, we review indicators, difficulties and priorities to guide the next steps.

Implementation and ongoing support can be commissioned after the plan is approved. Consultancy can also conclude with the delivery and presentation of recommendations.

Plan

What the plan defines

Every improvement needs a reason to proceed, execution conditions and a way to check whether it meets its objective.

Justified priorities

Identify the problem, proposed improvement, expected benefit and reasons for its position in the plan.

Actions and responsibilities

Define deliverables, people involved, dependencies, investment and approval points.

Indicators and review

Record the starting point, data source and evaluation criteria. Agree targets and review points.

We can track time per task, errors and rework, tool usage or responses to requests. Indicators depend on the process and available data; they do not represent guaranteed results.

Proposal

A proposal with identified stages and costs

Assessment and plan

Analysis of the agreed scope, selection of improvements and delivery of an action plan with priorities and indicators.

Implementation

Configuration, development or integration of approved solutions, with deliverables and testing defined in a separate proposal.

Ongoing support

Adoption support, indicator reviews and adjustments, with agreed frequency and terms.

The proposal separates consultancy, implementation and ongoing support. It identifies licences, third-party services and client responsibilities, without assuming a free assessment or funding approval.

Frequently asked questions

Before you start

Is consultancy suitable for a small company?

Yes. We tailor the scope to your objectives, team size and available resources. We can start with one process or a specific area without requiring every system to change.

Do we have to replace our current tools?

Not necessarily. We assess what can be retained, configured or integrated. The recommendation identifies the reasons and conditions for keeping or replacing a solution.

What do we receive at the end of the assessment?

Deliverables are set out in the proposal. They may include analysis of the starting point, two or three priority improvements and a plan with actions, owners, dependencies, investment and indicators.

Does the plan always include artificial intelligence?

No. AI is assessed where it meets a specific need and suitable conditions for data, use and supervision exist. Some improvements may result from process organisation or automation without AI.

Can Vectweb implement the recommendations?

We can propose services within our offer. Implementation has its own scope, costs, testing and terms. Where there are third-party dependencies, we identify responsibilities and the work required.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

It depends on the processes, people involved and information to be analysed. The proposal defines consultancy deliverables, the schedule and costs. Implementation, tools and ongoing support are identified separately.

Which process is worth improving first?

Tell us about the tasks that take the most time, the tools you use and the changes you want to make. We help define priorities and next steps.
