1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser or on your device. They may enable features, remember preferences or collect information about website usage.
Other technologies, such as browser local storage (localStorage), may serve similar purposes. This policy covers those technologies, even where they are not cookies.
The organisation responsible for this website is Vectweb, Design e Tecnologias de Informática, Lda., Portuguese company tax identification number 507 644 948, with its registered office at Rua D. João V, 24 – E1.03, 1250-091 Lisbon, Portugal.
This page supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is processed and how you can exercise your rights.
2. Categories and purposes
- Strictly necessary
- These technologies enable features you expressly request and store your privacy choices. They do not require consent where they meet the legal conditions for strict necessity.
- Functionality
- These technologies remember optional preferences or provide additional features. Where they are not strictly necessary, they require your consent.
- Analytics
- We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used, including pages viewed, interactions and general visit characteristics. This information helps us assess our content and improve the website.
- Collection through Google Analytics 4 requires your consent to the “Analytics” category.
- Marketing
- This category covers advertising technologies, campaign personalisation or tracking across websites, should these be implemented. Their activation requires prior consent and an update to this policy.
The presence of a category in the preferences panel does not mean that technologies in that category are currently in use.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. This service does not replace the consent required by the technologies it activates. The list will be reviewed before new tags or services are activated.
4. How to choose and change your preferences
The notice allows you to accept all optional categories, reject them or select individual categories.
Optional technologies remain blocked until the relevant consent is given. Google Analytics 4 must not collect data while the “Analytics” category is not authorised.
Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the panel does not constitute consent.
You can view and change your choices at any time through “Manage cookies”, available on this page and in the footer.
You can withdraw consent without losing access to essential content and forms. Withdrawal prevents further collection through the technologies concerned and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Your preferences apply to the browser and device you use. You may need to choose again on another browser or device.
5. External services
The use of Google Analytics 4 involves transmitting website usage data to Google. For further information, please consult Google’s Privacy Policy and Vectweb’s Privacy Policy.
When you follow a link to an external platform, you are using a service subject to that organisation’s terms and privacy policy.
Embedded videos, maps or other content may involve additional technologies. Where consent is required, those services will only be activated after the relevant consent and will be identified in this policy.
6. Browser settings
You can use your browser settings to view, block or delete cookies and other data stored by websites.
Deleting this website’s data may also remove your preferences and cause the notice to appear again on your next visit.
Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect some features.
Choices made on this website do not replace the settings of other websites or services.
7. Updates and contact
This policy will be updated when there are relevant changes to the technologies, purposes or providers used.
Where a change requires renewed consent, we will request it before activating the technologies concerned.
For questions about cookies or personal data protection, please contact rgpd@vectweb.com.
Please also consult our Privacy Policy for information about your rights and how to exercise them.
